At lvl 9, a quest with the name A Mark Of Silence. I am supposed to find an object (presumably on the ground) but can not find it, even tried killing a lot of panthers in the area. I am not sure if this is a bug or i am misunderstanding the quest.

What is missing is a blanket. It hasn't spawn. This quest bug is the second house Shroud quest story. The item should have spawn around this location:
