it was the AV thanks Acid, (Thanks JW-NL also :)) I disabled avast for 10 mins and it let the SBPatch.dll install, stupid software :P.

i want to try spellborn because i learn bout it on mmorpg.com and then checked it out on youtube and felt sorry for missing out such great game with such customization that speaks to me as im a customization freak haha and found this forum but im not sure which links are more updated to download the files can anyone tell me or direct me to them? that will be great thanks is there ppl working on this awesome game to bring it out to life, from all i read this game had bad luck in the beginning to end and didnt deserved it. Anyway im excited to witness the great rebirth of this game

Hi,
we are working on bringing it back. If you want to just walk around the world (no npc's and so on) you can do so on an older testserver the user Slink set up (there should be a guide somewhere on this site). You need the 0.9 Spellborn client which you can download via the torrents https://kat.cr/user/AcidBurnElite/
But on this server, as far as i know, you will spawn as a randomly equipped character. If you want to see the full character customization, from what i read in your post, you will have to wait until we are able to set up a newer server (still a lot to do, but we are progressing).

First thanks to answer so fast and second im glad u guys are still working on this hidden jewel hehe, seems i have to do some digging then to find the guide and take time to download the client and yes id want to see the full customization but then again if u can change the armor u spawn with is no problem what i want to explore the world from what i read the combat system isnt totaly ready. I am more excited to be able to play Spellborn more than any upcoming MMO im crossing fingers

Looking forward to a working version again been waiting ages for this day but been busy with life its been a while since i last checked this website luckily my poor uploaded youtube videos of TCOS stuff brings me back to this site on occasion. In the process of re-downloading the game since ive gotten a new computer since last i was here.

Just curious, where can one find your videos?
