Lvl 5 Parliament Quest [Road of the Conscript] - Sulvor - 07-04-2019 Seems the quest might be bugged, as it appears as Blank in Quest Log, and when I go to talk to each Warrior Trainer, They Say Unnamed Quest, Empty Converstation / Empty Response. It could be these conversations I'll re-add them in the patch.
