Ok, but you couldn't take the weapon out of its slot and put it into the inventory so the weapon slot was empty, no?

RE: Questions Thread - acid-burn - 21-08-2015

Yes you could. You could take all your gear off and place it in the inventory. And end up in your undies...8)

That's why I had many sets of clothing and weapons.

Oh, ok! And were you able to use skills in this state?

RE: Questions Thread - acid-burn - 21-08-2015

Naked, you could punch only as no weapons were equipped. The skills on the upper slots (Top right of the screen) were usable unless they required weapons. But mostly there it was bufs, bombs, pets...

RE: Questions Thread - scorpion - 21-08-2015

Yep, skills have flags setup indicating if they require an equipped weapon. If it was unable to switch to the weapon, it would not execute the skill.

i thought so, and was surprised that when i switched to the shoot skill while not having a bow equipped made my character go into an un-animated T-Pose (which i expected the game to prevent me from, so i wondered)

What happens if you have a deck with 3 tiers, where the first and last have skills, but the second doesn't. Does the the bar roll past the second, or not at all?

Edit: Ok, it rolls past it.

Yeah if I remember correctly, it just interpolates the complete distance at the same speed as one row, so the skill deck moves a bit quicker the more rows there are empty.

When losing a pep rank when you died, did the pep-points reset or did they stay at the level (meaning if you where close to a new level, you would die, lose a rank, kill a foe and immediately rank up again or did you have to grind the whole amount of needed points again) ?.

RE: Questions Thread - JW-NL - 27-09-2015

It was like the last situation you wrote.
If you had bad luck you would die again trying to gain the pep points from farming killing enemys, then you had to grind even more ;-)
