The Wanted Bunnister Jilnas in Sorrowmist is bugged. He is all the time in evasion mode and talks, maybe a similar issue to the Laughing Thief in Hoggsridge.

Could you try to attack him after the server restart? I tried it locally but I can just attack him as expected

I just tried to attack him but he is still evading. I did not have the chance to test it right after the restart.

Ok, I did some local changes to the NPC chat script that are not in the build yet. Maybe those fixed it locally for me. So lets wait for the next update
