Skill wheel isnt smooth / stuttering

If your game runs faster than 60 FPS it can cause issues with the skill wheel in combat.

To prevent this issue we suggest to cap your GPU to 60 fps.

The information is posted on the website now, under "Getting Started".

In order to resolve this, you'll need to cap your FPS to a maximum of 60 FPS. To do this, you can use these tools:
Here for Nvidia cards (make sure to follow for specific games only).
Use Radeon Chill for AMD cards.

I have no idea how to do this for Intel cards, so I welcome this information.

It doesn't seem to work anymore
I even tried setting max fps for all games, setting it to 30, and enabling some compatibility modes but nothing seems to fix the wheel
