At lvl 23 there is the quest Heroic Effort.
It has to do with the egg packed idols. It sends you to Mount of heroes where the next step in the quest will be a travel back via the MOH dockmaster.
This dockmaster might have a talk and travel option, choose the TRAVEL OPTION unless you have the other quest active for the golden scroll ship.
If you by mistake choose the golden scroll ship you will get stuck there and we have to manually go on a rescue mission to help you out of there
