[Ringfell, Hearth] The unintelligible Map

It seems like the box for completing this quest does not spawn.

There are 9 different locations where the box could spawn. They are not just near a tent, but at several locations. Although I cant say with 100% certainty, from what I see in the editor everything looks fine. 
They could just be very hard to find...
