It is possible by changing a specific ini file in the client folder.
Right now, I'm not sure which one you need.

Open the following file: TheChroniclesOfSpellborn1.1.0.4\etc\client\sb_client.ini
and search for the following lines:

[WinDrv.WindowsClient]
WindowedViewportX=1280
WindowedViewportY=720
FullscreenViewportX=1920
FullscreenViewportY=1080

This should work
