In preparation of the portal, the background of the new design has been rolled out to this forum too so we get a more uniform look - and this background feels a lot more Spellborn-like (and it fits better with the rest of the brown )

That's what I try to accomplish , but it's rather hard to make a design with the game gone. A lot of assets I could use to make it are in the game itself so without it it's getting kind of hard... however, I'll manage it


PS: Positions for the Portal will soon be available, if someone feels like writing articles, we could use you

Big update happened today!


I've integrated the portal with the forum (yay!) and it's working quite smoothly already.


You can test it out at our portal. I've integrated the news already, added a search box (it'll search on the forum), and also login integration.


Let me know what you think of it!


BTW: these new features only work on the homepage. I haven't added them to the other templates yet.

Yeah, it's getting really cool now. I'm still finetuning and adding new stuff to the portal, but it will be finished soon. Just so exicted about it ;p

And I was not really paying attention when that happened. When I wrote the post above there was me as a registered user and another 23! guests, all "watching" the portal. It is a success.

Later this week I'll fill the portal up with some basic content and get a crew together and after that I'll move the portal to http://spellborn.org and the forum to http://forum.spellborn.org
