I'm sad too, but Frogster said they wouldn't be giving up this game easily. Our hope is still with them.

I still believe there's nothing in court going on between Spellborn NV and Frogster about the rights though... Frogster has its Spellborn V2 version just sitting on their servers waiting maybe endlessly. I do want this game to continue even when it's changed a bit... but I have little hope.
