If you want an easy fast dive into the test server just follow these instructions.

You need to install the 0.9.0.0 Beta Client

Open up Program FilesThe Chronicles of Spellbornetcclientsb_client.rc
change the IP for client/net/login_addr to...
84.201.37.211:22233
 
Now, you should be able to join the testserver.
An account will be created with your first login
